Hi. since I'm making a pitch to be your real estate professional of choice I thought I'd divulge some personal info and let you get to know me a little bit. I guess a good beginning is some pics of home, family, work and work family. A little of who I am, where I live and what I do. Why? Because you will be trusting me to help you with one of the most important choices in your life and it is important that you are comfortable with me filling that role.

I was born and raised in Pittsburgh Pennsylvania. I went to school there and when I was done I went to work in construction and remodeling and so came by good solid blue collar work ethic and values. What this means to you is that I understand the value of a dollar. Yours as well as mine. I then lived and worked for a few years in North Carolina in the field of aviation as an avionics tech after having attended the Pittsburgh Institute of Aeronautics. I also met and married my wife Melissa while living there. Strangely enough she is also from Pittsburgh. Gotta love those 'Burgh women! Our pursuit of the optimal situation for us both brought us to the Tampa Bay area and while careers have changed this is now home. The values that are important to me, and by which I try to conduct myself in life and in business were instilled in me by my parents. Both good people. My father owned and operated a corner grocery store most of my early life that was handed down to him from his father. It probably would have been handed down to me had not the big chains taken over in the seventies. Not a good time for mom and pop stores. Dad sold and went into the stock brokerage business, and did well. My father taught me much of what I try to practice today about how to treat customers, and people in general. What he told me was pretty simple when you think about it. Treat people fairly and with respect. Tell them the truth as I see it, even when doing so probably won't help me get what I want. Understand that it is about you and your needs, not me and mine. He taught me that when I remember to keep the "serve" in service, and that is what I am providing, a service, then miraculously I would find myself successful beyond my wildest dreams. Dad knew what he was talking about. Mom taught me that to enjoy my work was to feel like I never had to go to work. I really enjoy this profession. I get to meet a lot of new friends. I get to help people realize their dreams. So I continue to educate myself and grow in this business so that I can always be of maximum service to you. My new friend and customer. I look forward to meeting you and hope to hear from you soon. Thank you for your trust.
