The Sea Castle condominiums are located just off of US 19 in New Port Richey. It is a 9 story complex of luxury one two and three bedroom units on a deep water bay that has a direct channel out to the gulf of Mexico. All of the units come with great water views and sunsets. Private boat slips are often available for purchase or rent to those who own units in Sea Castle. The complex also has a private pool and other guest amenities.  As of this writing, June of 2010, we have units listed in Sea Castle from $80,000 to $139,000.

If that's a little more than you'd like to spend, but are still yearning for a maintenance free place to call your own, how about I show you something in Tahitian Gardens . Here we have an active adult community situated in Holiday off of US 19. Single story one and two bedroom units basically comprise this private area with walking paths around the ponds. Some of the units also look out over the ponds.

There is also a motel at the entrance called the Tahitian Resort, ( Huh.. imagine that!), where those who want to visit you can be close by without invading your space. There is also a nice restaurant at the resort. At present agents here at Davis-Clarke are offering units ranging in price from $39,000 to $65,000.

Then there are the Riverside Estates in Villa Del Rio in New Port Richey. This is a community of tasteful villas that are tucked away in a quiet corner just east of little road and around the corner from the new Community hospital that is presently under construction. The community features low maintenance fees, a community pool and has no age restrictions. Agents here at Davis-Clarke presently have one unit offered in this community.

There are many more communities in which you can find a condo, villa or townhome that is perfect for you. There are various active adult and golfing communities in the area like Seven Springs Golf and Country Club, or Heritage Springs in the Trinity communities. There are the Gardens of Beacon Square or Gulf Island Resort on the Gulf of Mexico. All these and many more.
